Ask Me Anything?

That’s cool you think you are going to go with it.

I have a thing for First Nations languages. I had it in my head I wanted to learn Inuktitut cuz it sounds so cool, but it’s way too hard. And I have been known to listen to APTN shows that are in Cree now and again, even though I have no clue what’s going on.

Some foreign rude phrases that I have used regularly in the past.

Pajagonhead - dickhead (dick in Ojibwe)
Banchod, baichod, kutachod- Brother, sister, dog f**ker in Punjabi
Gilipollas- Asshole in Spanish

Do you use any ‘clean’ cuss words? eg dang!

Szep kis lehulni

^Thats pretty cool, i like to learn regular introduction phrases such as hello, how are you, and thank you in other languages and i took an asl class last year that was pretty cool.

I do use some “clean” cuss words, but i usually said something else first then have to correct myself. Whoops! Darn, dang it, jeeez, arrrrrrrrrgh, those are some of the words i would use in place of the ones that people are offended by.

My take is that cuss words are just letters arranged like any other word, but it’s how you use them that makes them bad. For example, That little kid looks so gay today, which should be construed to mean they are happy and or jolly, not the other meaning that society has put upon it. Same goes for F$$$, i posted a video on cbears log about it’s uses, if i say that test was F$$$$$ hard, that shouldn’t be offensive, but if i say that person is a f$$$ face or something, that would be offensive.

DO you prefer spagetti witht the regular tomato based sauce or the four cheese type sauces?

Isn’t that show about white people?

o O.

Tomato, add cheese

I’ve had dreams I can speak other languages…

Got two kidlets, clean cussing all the way…what the French toast?!(stole that from a gum commercial)

Heracles- thanks for stopping in my log!

How did your bench session go?

Np, i mostly lurk, don’t want to interupt all the fun.

My bench session went pretty well, i can pause bench pretty close to what i can do by touch and go. The rest of the workout was really fast paced lots of drop sets and minimal down time. This song full volume on my ipod was the pace i had for the rest of the session after the bench:

What do you do to get through the boring cardio workouts, and don’t list circuits and etc i know they work, i am more curious what you think when it gets boring and need to keep it up for 20 minutes or so?

I run outside in all weather, helps alot because you have to focus on the changing surface all the time (especially in winter) and you can’t bail out half way through because you’ll have to walk back to your house/car. During the boring parts in the middle I usually think about my family+friends ect. and the latest interactions I’ve had with them, or I’ll think about how cool it would be to do a sport that required lots of cardiovascular endurance (MMA, Hockey Football ect).

Guilty pleasure song?

That is pretty cool, and you have some really nice scenery to run through generally.

this would be my most recent guilty pleasure song, it has feel good sounds and lyrics to it:

Trav, i am curious where approximately are you in bc, i have an aunt that lives in elkford, a little north of sparwood?

What is your favorite exercise to perform in the gym? Deadlifts for me.

I’m a ways north of there in the central cariboo area.

hmmm. I’d have to go with a nice deep back squat.

What’s your ideal breakfast?

my idea breakfast is A LOT. lumberjack slam from dennys, for example.

how bout u, trav?

My ideal breakfast is the following: 4 slices of whole grain toast, 6 slices of bacon, 4 pancakes, brown gravy with ground up sausage mixed in, 5 whole eggs cooked sunny side up, 2ish cups of hashbrowns, Butter for the toast, honey for the toast, 20ounces of 2% milk, couple of bisquits, some rasberry jam for the bisquits,.

Pour the gravy mixture over 2 pieces of toast, and on the hash browns and eggs. put butter and syrup on the pancakes, for the honey and butter put on the other two slices of bread. Then eat, that is a good breakfast, haven’t had it in awhile.

Or the shortened version is to pretty much have what cbear likes with a couple of sides. Now i’m hungry thinking about all of this food porn. lol, i presently don’t have any of it in my apartment except the milk.

Alright along the same lines, how about ideal dinner?

Mine is a juicy 1lb burger with the works and a mountain dew with a side of fries with ranch on the side for dipping.

My ideal breakfast is what he said drules

My ideal dinner is my grandma’s chicken mole’ inchiladas (mole’ is basically spicy chocolate sauce, she’s from Mexico so she knows how to make it goood) and a beef roast with thick gravy. Then probably some thanksgiving stuffing as a side, the bread kind. And lots of beer, all kinds of beer and enough to get pretty drunk.

I think I’d get that on death row, with some dessert too.

What would a Utopian City be to you?

oops

aside from the beer that sounds really good. no offense, i just don’t like to drink alcohol. Haven’t had any since this past summer about june.

A utopian city for me, would include infinite amounts of any type of food you could want, lot’s of trees and vegetation for better atmosphere, absolutely no crime, all the medicine and “supplements” you could want and no side effects and the diminishing return principe doesn’t exist, everyone is friendly, a great gym with lots free weights on every corner, fresh water source that gave you everlasting life and endless energy, everyone lifts weights and have great bodies, there is no pain and no health issues/diseases and etc, i could go on and on, but that is the idea.

Here is an age old question, if you could live forever, do you want to, even with all the normal things that life throws at you except you can’t die and don’t age?

Toddling around in the basement with avocado green shag carpeting.

What is the last pill you swallowed?

My first memory is right after i had stomach surgery between the ages of 1-2 i remember not being able to sit or lie down without searing pain in my midsection area.(this is from looking back at the memory and knowing what had happened, and when it happened)

The last pill or pills i swallowed were the following, 5 vit d3 gel, two rhodiola, 2 caffeine, 11 multi vit pack, 8 for my joint supplement pack.

What is your favorite quote?

“When everything seems to be going well, you probably don’t know what’s really going on.”

What did you want to be when you were a little? I wanted to be a psychiatrist, not sure where I got that from.

It’s, “If everything seems to be going well, you obviously don’t know what the hell is going on.” I’m a Murphy. I’ve had Murphy’s Law posters on the powder room wall in every house I’ve ever lived in.

How excited am I right now??

^^^^super hyped^^^^
congrats PMPM, you deserve it.
