This year, Duke. Lots of talent, they are older than UNC, they are seasoned enough to take UNC. UNC looked slow and awkward.
Gayer does not compute when both movies are the gayest.
I tend to run the March Madness pools at my office(s), but I don’t ditch work to watch the games.

My favorite time to train is around 3pm, but I generally don’t get to train until 7ish pm. I’ve trained in the mornings before - even spent a few weeks going Sq/B/DL with my coach at 5 am on Wednesdays - but I am NOT a morning person.

Oats, you can eat them just about anyway you like. Btw making eggs with oats mixed in and a little cheese on top tastes pretty good.

Tomorrow is chest day with the 3rd week wendler format for bench for me and i am also going to try pause bench with the weight i normally touch and go with to see how it goes. I am thinking about doing a bench/deadlift meet in march.
