Ask Me Anything?

Ever get a semi or full boner while getting a massage, or at some other awkward time (aside from Jr High or HS)? I always have to fight down my boners during massages, so I always insist on it being a chick just to be safe and secure (well that would actually make me insecure, but you catch my drift).

Water: Over a gallon a day on WO days (amount in protocol X2 plus enough to chug down my other supplements)

Kids: Don’t have them, but I would mostly use the dissing technique http://www.hulu.com/watch/4102/saturday-night-live-dissing-your-dog much more than hitting them. but every now and again I’d bust out the beating stick. I think just having a stick called a beating stick would be enough to put fear in your kids. Combined with the dissing, they’d be little angels.

Shopping: late at night.

Cheetos: Flaming hot cheetos or flaming hot “hot fries”

Which Hand: Left hand

Baths: Only when I’m sick

I do my shopping typically on saturday or sunday evening.

First you have to have command of the household, have a system that you never waiver from. Goes back to being a loving and caring parent, if you don’t respect your children, your children most of the time will not respect you. With that said, one of the things that i have the most disrespect for is parents that are so entirely helpless that the only way they can control there environment is with violence and abuse. There are better ways of dealing with breaking the rules especially if it is nipped in the bud from the beginning.

You like your coffee just like the bimbos like their men, nice and black.

Favorite fairy tale?

Fairy Tale: Sleeping Beauty… nothing beats coma sex

Pinocchio.

Can you believe my maiden name was Finocchio…sad but true.

May have already been asked, but do you subscribe to any muscle mags?

I splurged and got M&F, cause The Rock was on the front cover blush

Haha minmd, my gpa told my my grandmas maiden name and it sounded a lot like garbage. I couldn’t believe he would joke about it, but that was what makes him so cool.

I subscribe to flex and m&f.

On a serious note, minmd, i remember one of the first times i watched pinochio and it was the first time i realized what death was all about and that it’s inevitable. I never forget telling my mom that i didn’t want to die, thinking she could remedy it.

Which brings me to the question are you afraid or scared of dieing?

Heh, I always had visions of my nose growing…

I’m not scared, but I’m certainly not ready of course! When it happens, I hope its painless.

I worry all the time when the hubby has to leave for deployments, or goes flying…its a sucky feeling to hug a loved one, hoping and praying they return safely…

But I guess that applies to everyday life…you could die in an accident, just driving to the grocery store down the road…

What is your phobia?

Groceries are done Friday after work and Saturday.

My favourite fairy tale is Red Riding Hood.

I am not afraid of the dying.

I have a phobia of dogs.

Do you have any irrational injury fears? ie Whenever I walk by a tree with low hanging branches I think that I am going to get my eyed poked.

My phobia is what my mind imagines of the unknown.

What is your favorite game to play?

I don’t have any irrational fears of hurting myself, but i do have that concern when i am playing sports with girl though. Mainly because i don’t like to hurt people, and i have accidently hurt people pretty badly before. Though i will say that the hardest part of lifting extreme amounts of weight is overcoming the possibility of getting crushed.

Okay speaking of spooky, i had a friend this past summer that went hiking in Glacier National park, and he ran across 3 grizzly bears on his way back down around dusk. I thought it was pretty cool, the next day he was telling me about it as we were going out to a trail to go hiking.

So when we get up there, i ask him which trail it was on and he said this one refering to the one we were presently hiking on, and i’m like you bastard why didn’t you tell me.

Would you go on a hike on the same trail of which 3 grizzlies were spotted on the trail the day after with no pepper spray(haha i found out my pepper spray was completely dry when i tried it out at the mid point)?

Any board games that involve q&a or acting out clues.

What is your favorite seasoning to use when cooking?

I like garlic powder and pepper. Salt is good for grilling, tends to bring out the juiciness a little bit more. I am still an amateur when it comes to cooking though.

Most impressive strength feat?

Most impressive strength feat= birthing without drugs?

If you had a choice of where to be stationed would you choose WA,FL or HI?

very real choice we have to make in a year or so! HI sounds nice in theory, but being on an island away from friends and family for three years? I dunno. Plus it would be his sea duty rotation, so that means Im stuck with the kidlets while he goes on deployments!

Mominmd if it were me, and i were you, your new screen name would be mom-in-Hawaii. Has a nice ring to it. I don’t know i see where your coming from it being so far away and all, but it’s hawaii, good weather year round, unlike florida where you have the larger risk of hurricanes every single year, and washington would be pretty nice depending which part you go to.

On the eastern part it is really dry and quite warm during the summer but on the eastern part it’s really green rainy and can get quite humid.

Final answer for me considering all the scenarios, and that you have kids, it would be hawaii. Nice weather, plus it would be for only 3 years as you say. Nice weather and beaches to go to for entertainment.

You could also start saving up for electronics such as those web cams that proffessors that can’t physically be in the classroom use to prett much be there. Could make the adventure more bearable.

I am trying to decide between a fuddruckers burger or more of a carb load with a bertollis pasta package, overall the calories would end up fairly similar, but one has more protein and one has more carb.

What is the best cheat food that can have the most benefit on a low carb diet?

Well, Finocchio actually means something in Italian, you know. It’s a kind of vegetable - fennel, or a closely related variety of fennel.

I don’t subscribe to any muscle mags… Haven’t since MuscleMedia went under. I will often pick up and skim through IronMan and will read Poliquin’s Smart Training column in there. Speaking of which, why does Poliquin no longer do his semi-monthly TN article?

If you bought M&F just for The Rock cover, I guess you’d pick him as a training partner over Kid Rock, eh?

My answers:
Grocery shopping late in the evening on a weeknight

Time-out (I’ve never hit my daughter, or any female for that matter)

I like my coffee just like I like my women - HOT and nice and STRONG!!!
(I also like coffee black and unsweetened, but that doesn’t really work above, lol.)

I have only received a professional massage ONCE in my life, and it was a chair massage in a busy airport terminal. The woman was fairly nice looking, but I don’t think anything “changed.”

Favorite fairy tale? The old Brothers Grimm version of Cinderella. (It’s violent enough to give kids nighmares.) Some of those original stories are nothing like the sanitized Disney stuff!

My phobia: Serving a stretch in the joint. I’d much rather be in combat on the front lines!

Irrational injury fear: sharp objects like needles and knives.

Favorite game: Pictionary

Favorite seasoning to cook with: pepper (plain black and/or red or cayenne)

Strength feat: well, my deadlift is my strongest of the three powerlifts

Mom-in-MD’s question:
I would choose Florida. Washington is way too cloudy and rainy in winter and that’s just depressing. Hawaii is isolated and ridiculously expensive. Florida has nice weather, doesn’t have to be too expensive to live there (depends where you are), and there’s plenty to do if you are stuck taking care of little kids.

Question:
Which would be better… dating someone with stronger attraction for you than you have for him/her, or dating someone for whom you have a stronger attraction than he/she has for you?

Game: Catch phrase

Cajun spice

MIM I would choose Hawaii. Lots of cool cultural things to learn along with the great weather.

I think being more attracted to them would be better than them being more attracted to me.

If you were to go back to school, what would you study?

Personally i think it would be better to date someone that has a stronger attraction for me rather than the contrary. If your always super attracted and she just isn’t that interested then you will begin to wonder why.

Magzie, i am currently going back to school to be a teacher.

What is your favorite gum, flavor, brand and etc?

I like peppermint.

What kind of teacher?

Toss up between FL and HI, but the weather in FL can be way scary. One small hurricane was more than enough for me.
Excel peppermint gum, the harsh kind
Irrational fear: spiders
Grocery shopping, was supposed to do it today, bleh
Equal attraction, it works better that way
Favorite game: text twist or crossword puzzles if I don’t have a computer

If the guy/girl was right for you, would you get into a long distance thing or just forget about it?

I am going to be a pe teacher and have a minor in special education.

If the gal was right for me, i would seriously consider it, but most likely being a poor college student at the moment, i would probably stay in touch but forget about it mostly.

What cheat food should i consume tomorrow?

Pancakes

Should I drink beer or whiskey tonight?
