How quickly should I taper my dosage of Arimidex after my last injection? I’m using the stasis-then-taper protocol.
Has anyone here ever reduced their dosage of Arimidex too quickly and developed gyno as a result? (Is tapering arimidex too quickly just a risk in theory, or does it actually happen?)

Great question. Pris would be the man to ask of course. I know the recommendation is to be off AI’s by the time you actually taper down [usually 4-6 weeks after you start the stasis period]. Having never needed to taper off an AI I cannot speak from experience. A 3 week taper down period seems fair
Should you even taper off anastrozole? As far as i read, it’s a clean compound in terms of estrogen rebound, unlike letrozole… I would imagine you can come off it easily
Well, with any AI there is gonna be some estro rebound, the extent is dependant on the individual.
I would taper the dose down to .25mg then taper the days used until you are going e4d. A serm in a low dose will help. Something like nolva tapering to 10mg ed.
