Great. Thank you for clarifying what you are and who you represent. You literally added nothing to the thread but appeals to authority. You listen to the same people that created modern food culture. The ones that brought us to our current state of health as a general population.
OP if you wish to live an perform as the standard American, by all means, listen to Skyzyks.
Yeah.
And youāre gonna cracking the code?
Good luck!
And I would add:
No. Dont listen to me. Listen to professionals.
DD doesnāt understand the difference between an appeal to authority and an appeal to knowledge and experience.
You canāt be this dumb. That literally ISNāT the rest of the sentence. The dude literally put the key part of the sentence in bold. Bold for Peteās sake. You go called on it and doubled down on cutting out the part he put in F-ing bold. You are literally either a liar or to dumb to understand how sentences work.
FU. Quit the dumb straw man. I very specifically said that I didnāt. What I said what that modern dietetics hasnāt. Are you intentionally lying or do you not understand logic statements.
Dude. Take a breath. Unwedge your panties, and re-read that sequence of posts.
Or start your own personal derpocalypse.
Iām good either way.
Looks like the derpocalypse has begun. Itās too late.
You got busted cherry picking the quote. We can literally read the original. Doubling down makes you look petty and stupid.
You answered the OPs questions with terms you refuse to define. Without definition it literally makes your answer nonsense.
I wasnāt trying to hide it!

That would be an excuse after the first time you did it. Not the second, after Iād already called you for chopping out all context in the sentence.
Followed again by not the rest of the sentence.
Enough.
If you blow a freakin coronary over this bullshit Iām gonna feel bad.
But I also know a good interventional cardiologist if you doā¦

Got you a new profile pic to use there Skyz. Optimal human:
And rememberā¦fruit and vegetables, grains and even the meat that was consumed thousands to millions of years ago are nothing like the past 100 yearsā¦there is no point in comparing diets from then to now
Was going to post this. Looks like a great way to create cattle.
Here is the way I look at it. If we evolved eating it (or at least something very much like it), it is at least OK to eat some amount of. If we didnāt evolve eating it, it at the least isnāt necessary for health. That said, there is plenty of grey area and overlap. IF you have issues, I would get back to the basics necessities. Then add in modern foods to find where and what is giving you issues. If itās a modern food (most plants) donāt feel bad if you need to cut them out. You probably arenāt missing out on anything nutritionally despite the authorities that will tell you to load up on grains and seed oils.
The ironic thing is that while the institutions in authority issue nonsense guidelines like this I donāt see any of the deeply researched āreally smart peopleā (even the plant based ones) whoād approve of eating a huge part of your diet from seed oils. But da harvards saids it!!!

Ok, previous bs aside, I can absolutely respect the change you made there.
So, there ya go!
HAH. Come on man. You arenāt loading up on the grains and seed oils? Those are your people.
It isnāt a change for the record. Iāve maintained the same stance throughout. I apologize if I was less clear originally. Unless you meant the picture. Mine was due for a change.
For full transparency Iāve been big on the ācarbs arenāt necessaryā bandwagon for several years and have recently added them back in because of blood pressure issues (hypotension). It really did it in for me when I recently started training for a strongman comp and was half passing out on log press every time. Talk about not being healthy. Turns out, going unconscious and dropping a log on your head is less than optimal for health and life expectancy (I never actually dropped it on my head FTR, but it was only a matter of time). Itās still not perfect, but I am doing better eating some fruit on training days.
Nah. I just meant the avatar. Thats some good stuff man!
Iām perfectly willing to agree to disagree on the food stuff, because there is likely some overlap on what we do agree on.
Good. This stuff can get scary when it goes from paper to practice. Youāve probably seen what Iāve been going through the past couple of years, and have recently had another stent placed further down the same artery as the first MI.
Even doing a bunch of stuff ārightā that thing clogged like a freakin toilet ridiculously fast.
I might just not be built to last too long. The gene signals and switches flick, and some peoples time is up. Weāre 5 for 5 on heart disease with my siblings. Canāt beat genetics.
