Also has anyone ever heard of something called man 1 man oil it supposedly helps with sensitivity as well?

do you think 40mg a day is to much for maybe one or two weeks?
It usually comes in 25 mg tabs. 50 a day for a week amd then 25 a day for 3 weeks then 12.5 a day for a week might work.
wait were talking about tamoxifen rite?
I thought it comes in 20mg tablets and clomid was the one that comes in 25 or 50mg tablets
I thought we were talking about Clomid. Tamoxifen is usually 40/20/20/20/10, or something like that.
Havent tried it yet, waiting it to arrive with Magtein and Creatine for fitness purposes.
So I went to my doctor finally and asked for clomid or something of that nature he refused to give me a prescription for any thing of the sort
He said he’d refer me to an endo, but that could take a few months. I’m guessing endo’s are similar to general practitioner’s in that they believe that “normal ranges” are just fine ? (Mine being around the bottom however)
Maybe the endo will take a closer look at my thyroid as well, as some of you believe it’s not optimal and I might have an issue.
In fact the endo will be probably worse. Don’t expect anything else from him.
Yeah see isn’t that unfortunate, how the hell do people become optimised when there isn’t anyone around to help.
I’ve been to 3 doctors already for clomid or something of similarity with no luck at all.
The only other option I have is to go to the place that prescribed me trt, although they weren’t helpful to me when I mentioned my side effects and it costs a fortune to see them.
Oh well…
You can do a telemedical consultation with a US doctor who is knowledgeable and understanding but you need to find the hormones underground. In my country that is a piece of cake
Which one would you recommend?
As far as going underground for hormones, the problem is your paying a premium and are you actually getting the product your paying for?
I’d have to find a trusted source of course however I’m out of the loop now adays and everybody I knew with connections has moved away or just out of the scene now.
It’s crazy how difficult it is to find someone that will work with you and not just be shoven aside, Who knows maybe I’ll get lucky with this endo lol.
If all else fails I guess I’ll go back on testosterone with a much lower weekly dose and see if that helps.
Just curious man I know you wanted to start trt, are you going to bite the bullet and give it a go or not quite sure yet?
Hey guys, I have a few questions now that I’ve really tried to increase my testosterone naturally. I have been doing all the right things like eating clean getting plenty of sleep training regularly taking vitamin d, boron, zinc, and magnesium.
Anyways I’ve brought my levels up from 13.5nmol to 17.0 nmol In the last few months,
Lh is 3.3 and fsh I believe is 4.2. What are optimal fsh and LH levels?
Also even though I brought my test level up I have week erections and almost zero libido still.
I dont get it? The doc keeps saying its anxiety and so now I’m back on an SSRI for 2 weeks now, I notice a better mood maybe… but and I’m not sure if it’s in my head, I feel like I have even worse libido than i did before i started the ssri… could that be only after 2 weeks? I started nofap about 3 weeks ago so zero porn and zero touching myself for 3 weeks so far and still feel dead inside lol.
First of all your levels didn’t really increase, it’s just a daily fluctuation and nothing more. If you were to test your levels everyday, you would see levels all over the place. SSRIs lower testosterone, cause ED and lower libido.
There’s a reason why you have notice no difference in how you feel, because your hormone status has not changed. If your levels actually increased you would feel a difference. An ideal healthy LH would be on the other end of the range.
@tgk143
Be careful with the SSRI man. I’ve been on many of them when I was yonder and I can tell you they are absolute hell to come off of and cause all kinds of sexual problems. They should be reserved for folks on the brink of suicide.
If you must take an antidepressant then at least take one that has minimal side effects and actually correlates with the issues you have. Wellbutrin being basically the only one. (not an SSRI)
SSRI’s are the last thing you should be trying for libido issues. Find a new doc.
The thing with T is that it’s just one factor that affects libido.
Yes there is a correlation between T and libido but it’s far from perfect.
Here is another study that looked at T dose (TRT with different doses, 25 to 600 mg weekly dose of T enant) and sexual function
SSRI is probably a bad route. But you say ‘back on an SSRI’? Have you suffered with bad anxiety and depression in the past?
