We’re you on injections before and for how long. Is this a cream for scrotal specifically?
You are taking very little I believe 1 click is 50mg right? Although cream is a better choice because it’s cleaned and more precise with how much hormone your body gets.
4-5 hours later is when your T is peaking and thereafter is DHT. So it makes sense why it might be happening.
Realize that Your body has spent a long time without hormones. The receptors are offline due to lack of use. It is going to take time for the body to reacclimate and start using these hormones as they should be. This is why 3/4 months is vital.
Jsut stay consistent. Make sure you are working out at gym, bike: running. But muscle is more important. It will burn excsss fat . You do want to sweat toxins or unused hormones. So hit the sauna or
Go buy some gaba relaxer(natural version of Xanax) and some 5HTTP (google these supplements and what they do) and around 3 hours after dose take this to keep yourself calm. Ok empty stomach. It won’t make you drowsy or anything, it will simply slow your anxiety down and hopefully you won’t feel anything. It does the trick for me at night when my minds racing.
Also you want to dose so that you are having a good high free t. 1 click won’t get you there. You will stay low and your body will never have enough free t to make the changes necessary to feel the benefits from trt.
This means raise your dose so that free t goes up and can give you the bernfits you are looking for. Maybe do 2 clicks am and 1 pm. After a week or two do 2 and 2. That’s if you have 50mg per click. I take 3 am and Pm. Or 150 am and Pm.
Calming the mind through meditation is vital. Stay away from caffeine and stimulants. No sugar. Lots of water. Anxiety is a mind fuck. I bet if you learn how to control you mind; then you can control
The mind is powerful and why we quit or have most of our issues. If we control the mind, we can control the chemicals and signals it sends to our body.
After some weeks you should start feeling better and better. It is a curve of progress. You don’t neccisarily wake up one morning and feel amazing. But you do start noticing an incremental change as the days tick by.
Otherwise I don’t know what else to suggest. Most docs will call it estrogen, but that’s wrong because you are barely taking any cream. Also estrogen is not the issue, it’s an imbalance of hormones that causes the symptoms we relate to estrogen.
