Are there guys here who use HCG in their protocol and do not use AI?
I consider starting TRT, will see what the doc recommends in 2 weeks. Fertility is important to me and I want to use some quantity of HCG. But I do not want to use AI.
Is this achievable, maybe with EOD injections or compounded cream?

Yes, for most, 150-200mg one weekly test, 250IU 3x/week hCG. I’ve used it with 200mg weekly.

It can, but some see a higher E2 number and needlessly freak out. Not everyone reacts the same.

You don’t even know your SHGB right now. You might be forced to use an AI or suffer with high Free E2 symptoms. There is a reason you can get an AI and HCG at the better clinics.
They know how to prescribe it without crashing your E2. I have been on TRT with HCG and anastrozole for just over 6 years the lowest my E2 has ever gotten was 27. I felt the best at 27 over anything higher. My dick stops getting hard even with cialas if I hit E2 of 40 my SHGB is 29
You want to do TRT with out an AI ((( no matter what ))) ask your doc for 80mg/wk of T cyp.
It will make no difference if you do 1 or 7 shots per week. It take 40 days for T cyp to average out or reach steady state.
You will need 800IU/wk of HCG two shots a week so 400iu Monday 400iu Thursday.
I was but recently got off the HCG to see how I feel with testosterone alone, and to see how I react without other things added in. Might go back on HCG eventually, but for now I feel better being off of it. My only use for it would be fertility, but I keep hearing about people who are only on testosterone for years and still have no fertility issues when they finally try and conceive and use clomid, hcg, or similar to help induce that.
For sure I will do everything possible not to use any AI and the doctor I will work with also tries to avoid it as much as possible. So I hope to be able to calibrate the dosages, even if I have to inject ED.
I hear some people experience testicles pain without HCG
I just started week 7 with no HCG and from my experience have had no testicle pain. I have HCG and from feedback on this forum was told to run the Test solo and see how I respond and feel.
That inject everyday to lower E2 is a 1 out of 10 situation. In fact there is a good article/thread on this forum recently posted that ED injection increases E2 because you basicly never have a T trough and that no trough is worse than a small peak for increasing your E2.
Also with no trough your average T dose in your blood is higher than say twice week injections and what happens when TT goes up? E2 goes up.
So you have to experiment with lower daily doses and buy a lot of blood test to find your sweetspot.
Only to then realize all that extra work and supplies made you feel no different so you go back to twice a week, then go on the internet and try to talk newbies out of ED.
I dont know about that, really. Yes some prople are happy twice a week, some are happy EOD, I think it depends for everybody.

If the T you injected dumped all at once in your blood then yes but that is not how T cyp works. It releases very slowly like over 7-8 days. You can not mimic the natural circadian rhythm. I think what vonko means is there will be a lot of little peaks as opposed to one large peak followed by a long gradual decline. Some guys just do not respond well to TRT with large infrequent peaks.

I’ve never said I know enough or no everything, just expressing what I’ve learned and red and trying to think logically.
Many people here report feeling better on more frequent doses, but I guess this is not the case for everybody.
As for the AI - its even more contradictory topic. Even the doctors and experts cannot come to agreement about this. From what I’ve read personally I prefer not to use it as with any other drug that can be avoided. And with me being so reactive to all kinds of drugs I’m almost certain it will make me feel shitty in some odd way. I just hope my body doesn’t feel shitty as well from the exogenous hormones.

To be honest Ive tried all of them climid mono and HCG mono?
HCG mono I felt pretty good on but its just my E2 went through the roof but this was about two years ago. So I started using a A.I I think it was the A.I the messed everything up so if my restart does not work I’m defiantly going to give it another try
Looks Im secondary although on the last test LH is 4.5 but testosterone has not increased
have you tries a SERM? like clomid or tamoxifen?
