Every time I go on cycle, maybe 500mg+ test a week, men become way more “respectful” and sometimes intimidated, and women become way way hornier in my presence.
I get laid maybe 50times more, when Im on cycles, compared to low dose TRT/cruise.
It happends even before muscles come, like 2-3 weeks and then people start respond differently. Also strangers give me the “nod” way more often.
I have no idea how this works, cause my face gets bloated and uglier on testosterone, but yet women wanna fuck me so much more.
I just get horny all the time and I want to fuck anything with two legs.
I try not to fap too much cause I want to save it for my girl.

I actually prefer the look of my face more on test. Fuller, thicker beard and generally just more rugged. The slight flush from the estrogen in the face also gives a bit more character.
Also agree with you about men being more respectful. But you have to remember. Most guys nowadays are walking around with the test levels of an eighty year old man. The difference between that and us using super high doses does display itself in the human mental and physical characteristics.
This is somewhat related to your question. Now I’m 54 and happily married. I do notice that some women look at me like you describe but to be blunt I am more aware of other men looking at me, not in a homosexual way, but more like in an envious way.
Like they are thinking, if only I went to gym I could look like that or something of that sort.
The only time I noticed a change in attitude or shortness of temper was with tren. But it wasn’t towards everyone.
It was mainly towards stupidity, ignorance, or people being inconsiderate.
For example I was walking down the street and a guy shoulder bumped my at the time 7 month pregnant wife and didn’t say anything. Normally we would probably just look at each other and shake our heads and quietly call him an asshole. This time I found my self saying something to the person and getting the apology she deserved.
But towards my friends and family I didn’t notice any change. Keep in kind I’m also a really laid back person who has never been aggressive or really had anger issues. If someone does have a history of anger problems I could easily see tren making it worse
To answer your question, I believe it has to do with self confidence. If you know you are starting to look good and feel good, you will carry yourself differently. You will be more assertive, maybe walking chest out, almost like strutting like you are the head cock in the hen house.
Not sure if women are actually giving more attention, or I just notice it more. I think maybe a bit of both, but I do think having libido sky high will make you notice ladies more, and notice the subtle things they do.
This topic comes up from time to time and it’s always interesting to hear everyone’s take(s). I have a low-grade hypervigilance, so I’m sort of always noticing things that are irrelevant. Once I started trt I felt better, so when I noticed things I began to respond to them more positively. Before if a woman looked at me I assumed it was because of something negative. After trt (and especially on this last blast) I assumed that those looks were instead something good, like maybe she noticed that I have great hair (I’m on of maybe six guys at my gym who doesn’t have the exact same haircut) or perhaps the color of my shirt distracts from my Bill Cosby-sized nose. (Ok maybe it’s not all positive) I don’t think I get noticed more, I just feel confident about the whole concept of someone looking at me.
