Is this a common side effect of this medication? I’m on 10MG now for the last four weeks as a mono therapy… noticed some really bad hip pain and knee pain last few days.

Yes. Its a side effect of tamoxifen.
What is your estradiol levels?
They were 36ish pre Tamoxifen
I will have labs done mid next week
