I will definitely try the site rub post injection-thing is I tried a massage after injection for about 20mins and it inflamed and seemed to agitate the site.
You have to rub it about 10 mins after the shot, if you rub it the next day its gonna hurt. Im pretty sure its the oil pooling in the fat cells, and causing inflammation. I think rubbing it distributes it and gets rid of the āpocketā of oil. Lets it absorb better.
Once I dropped weight belly shots became painful. I stick with butt or upper thigh sub Q as much as possible.
