Anger issues are really not all that uncommon. Many times its just part of transitioning from being a little boy to being a man. When a little baby doesn’t get its way it throws a tantrum. What Most people in this thread are describing is the exact same thing, but now the baby is 180 lbs, and has the ability to make holes in sheetrock.
Eventually you get older, assuming a real life tough guy hasn’t smashed your skull, and you learn to have more patience, or how to laugh at things, or just how to count to ten.

I get angry like most people. I never act on it though, not because I really control myself or do deep breathing or crap, I just think that if I start letting it out it’ll only get worse and happen more often.
I’ve read on numerous occasions that “letting off steam” is not the right way. People are not pressure cookers with a set amount of rage and once it gets to 100 you should get some angry out till it drops back down to 75 or something.
One thing I do when it’s other people making me angry is I take out my camera if it’s handy and record them and share it on the internet so I can at least hear other people say that yeah, that other person is an idiot.
