Anybody dealt with Vanquish recently? Can make order but cant get payment info, owner unreachable or unresponsive. On holiday or something? Even the slightest bit of intelligent insight would be much appreciated. Thanks
i tried to put in an order just after reading your post. its kinda strange it ran me through the normal online ordering process exept the whole billing part. the wierd part is that it said my order would be here in two to five buisness days.
They e-mailed me back saying they had server probs but there fixed now that was just last night. I wrote him back giving my new order told him to confirm and I d send the dough. I have the WU info but just wanna confirm they understand my order first. But everything is copastetic far as I can tell
seems to be alot of issues with them right now…htey marketed themselves as being “the best in the business” but so far all i have heard is negative reports.
Did a little more research yeah morepain your right. I think they are on the level just got in over their head at the moment, could have staqffing issues,etc. They told me they had server probs but I doubt it. Im waiting until things chill and I see some pos CS posts on other boards
