Any Poker Players?

I like the game man. I second reading books etc. Sklansky knows his shit. Personally i hate harrington. I remember on the fuinal table he dirty badbeat a kid then was like ‘I knew!’ (if you know what i mean, respect)

Little known- j10 suited is one of the best hands. Of course throw it away if it makes nothing and there’s a big raise, but it makes some sick hands.

Oh and aces/kings etc are not invincible. Personally i’d rather have sixes or whatnot, so if the flop comes low and i’ve made trips, an overpair is just feeding me money.

Don’t move up in stakes for a long time yet my friend. There’s a lot of situations you should encounter before you put real money on the line

Two plus two looks like a good site! I’ve got a trial version of pokertracker and I’m off to the races… err, tables.

I’m anxious to see if pokertracker will rate me as a fish or what!

Are you playing for real money or playmoney at the sites? If its play money pokertracker will not work as sites to not save the hand results for play money.

Vroom what site(s)? PM me.

Another good program to calculate all your odds automatically is Poker Indicator.
I play at absolutepoker.com and it works great.

Okay, I’ve decided the best part of playing poker online is when you get to clean someone out so that they leave the table in disgust.

For example, after a couple of iffy hands that I took to showdown, I had two guys get into a betting war with me. Unfortunately for them I happened to have a full house and cleaned up.

It was hilarious - from my point of view.

As Sklansky says, “If there’s something I know about the game that my opponent doesn’t know or isn’t willing to learn, then I take his money.”
