Any Experience w/ Gaspari, BSN?

First off I love Biotest products. My brother works at the vitamin shoppe, so he hooked me up with boatloads of free samples. I’m doing Waterburys 10/10 transformation so for the diet phase I’m going to start taking:

Atro-phex:

Then for the gaining phase I’m going to be taking Gaspari’s superpump before and Size On afterwards:

gasparinutrition.com/products/superpump-250/index.php

Some True Mass for meal replacements:

Let me repeat I would never “buy” any of these products. I’m sure they are a lot of hype and stuff you don’t need, but hey free samples might as well use up and see if I notice any effects. Anyone try any of these products and have anything to say about them? I wish my brother worked for Biotest instead.

If your not going to take them with an open mind, what’s the point. You said you would never buy them, but you also said you’re going to take them to see of you “notice any effect”. If you have some good experiences with the products would you buy them?

No I wouldn’t buy them, because I believe these products to be overpriced and you don’t need fancy creatine just plain monohydrate, but if you had some you would probably use it or give it to someone who would, right?

Its not that I don’t have an open mind about them, just SuperPump and SizeOn, usually when supplements have fancy names its to compensate for something else IMO. Besides I think its better to be skeptical about supplements until you see results vs. believing in them from the get go.

Ya you’re right to be skeptical, but saying that if you were to find a product which you found beneficial, despite having over-the top packaging, would you still buy it.
I’m just trying to make the point that you’re sampling a product, which you have no intention of buying, which i just find is a slight waste.

Given free supplements I’d use quite a few things.

I share your sentiment of not buying it; but if it’s free I’d say use it.

How is it a waste?

I’ll often sample things I have no intention of buying.

Sometimes things work well enough to cause me to reconsider and purchase them.

This is one of the main reasons companies offer samples.

Size ON is a very good product and is more than just plain ol’ creatine.

What you’re describing does’nt sound like what the OP said.He said he would never pay money for the products which he is using in his routine, which in my mind tends to suggest that he thinks the products he’s using are inferior. He already has his mind made up that he’s not going to buy them.

Yet he’s given them a chance.

People do change their minds.

Actually after taking the atro-phex for a few days, it definately elevates mood and makes me more social and full of energy. It also has some rasberry burps, reminds me a lot of HRX. They have some sample pack for 9.99 so I could see me paying for a sample, I’ll see if I like the results after a few weeks.

Thanks for the input.

BSN has got some good protein powders. Overpriced though? Most definitely.

Their other products such as NO-Xplode and Cell Mass creatine are junk. Sugar and caffeine in a bottle that costs way too much.
