Any Advice Welcome

Hi this is my first proper cycle any advice would be great.

I am 28
6ft1
12stone7
trained for 13 years natural just had 3 years off and dropped from 13stone8 to 11stone1.
Been back training 3 months I know I should train longer before running a cycle but I want some size and fast so running it now already started i am on week 6 and up 16lb most of weight gain probably due to better diet as I think sust only just kicked in.

week 1-12

250mg sust every 3.5 days
cycle support as directed.

Week 15-19

100mg clomid first 2 days then 50mg per day until 21 days are up.
40mg nolvadex first 2 days then 20mg per day until 28 days are up.
Daa 3g per day
iforce tropinol as directed. cant see this doing anything but I have it so running it.
beta-alanine as directed.
5g creatine mono per day
3g creatine phosphate pre workout.
20mg l-glutamine per day.

week 17-21 PES erase as directed.

Will run liv 52 for 8 wee post cycle as I have it on hand.

Also running a strong multi vit all way through and usual protein and weight gain.

My question is how would you run PES erase and also would you run anything between last jab and pct e.g Anavar?

That is a long cycle, so you should throw in some HCG. After 21 weeks, your Testes will be the size of raisins. I suggest you start running 750 mgs of HCG p/wk divided into three doses ASAP. If not, your PCT will be much less effective.

The cycle is only 12 weeks long.

When you say “cycle support as directed” do you mean an AI? HCG?

You do not need creatine, glutamine, daa after cycle, to me it’s a waste of money, just eat properly. Also for PCT check this

Cycle support is iron labs cycle support with hawthorne berry and nac etc.

If I were you I would consider a pharmaceutical aromatase inhibitor like Arimidex or Letrozol.

I personally find creatine works even better while on. So if I were you I’d consider 5g of creatine for the entire cycle.

Save the money on cycle support. Your running some sustanon not 40mg of superdrol a day. Drink plenty of water and you’ll be fine.

You NEED an AI and HCG while on cycle though.

Sustanon is ok to pin once a week. That 30mg of prop per 250mg is going to make F all difference. Pinning it eod will do nothing apart from leaving you full of holes. Unless you believe in that whole stable blood levels brah BS.

I made a few changes to the cycle and I am now on week 13.

I did 500mg sust for 12 weeks and gained 22 lb in those 12 weeks but I was below my natural weight when starting and have been a lot bigger in the past.

I know I should have gained naturally before hitting the gear but I get depressed been thin and have been thin for 2 years now my mum passed away and stopped training and stopped bodbuilding diet at the same time and lost an incredible amount of size instantly as my metabolism is insane. I trained all natural before and took me over ten years to get to where I was and I didnt have the time or patience to do it all again so it was either hit the gear for a whyle or not bother bodybuilding anymore.

weeks 13-17 are 100mg prop eod and I am at the end of the first week of this and things are looking very good and feel better than I ever have.

My problem now is I Finnish the prop around the middle of april and planned on doing pct having a break for a few month then another cycle but the summer is coming and that plan will mean been of cycle all summer.

What are my options???

Should i carry on?
cruise for a few week on 250mg week dust?
run pct have a few week off then back on?

Or do I have to run pct have same time as cycle off then cycle again? `dont want to do this with summer coming up but if I need to I guess I will.

Next cycle will be:

prop
npp
either d bol kicker or anavar finisher?

never tried anavar but I can do 40mg dbol a day and stay ripped and dry but hits my libido very hard.?

Please tell me what my options are.
