This just in: Germ-x doesn’t cure herpes, stop trying.

Really stop the experiments with the Balls

But it leaves them feeling all tingly and it’s so good for getting rid of duckbutter.

NPR and PBS are pretty much the only news source on TV or radio I’ll listen to. The rest is just opinion.

Soap. The yardstick of civilization.

I try to never use the “anti-bacterial” soaps (those with triclosan)

Sorry, but in my experience whenever you have two people coming on to one of the shows on NPR or to the News Hour, they clearly state their cases and engage in rational debate. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone on the New Hours pass judgment on an issue, let alone allow their face to betray anything they may feel, while filing a report. What news source would you prefer? CNN? MSNBC? Fox News? It’s rare to see any real journalism on them, and while they do have some impartial reporting, they usually don’t dig very deep with their stories.

I’ll admit that saying “The rest is just opinion” is a sweeping statement and there are plenty of exceptions, but I’d rather taken in news that isn’t predigested and form my own opinion.

Daniel Shore’s death is the best thing to happen to journalism in the past 40 years.
