I’ve seen that taking anti-estrogen supplements could be useful for burning subcutaneous fat and possibly increasing testosterone levels.
Is this true?
Also, would anti-e be useful to someone who does NOT take steroids, ie., would there be any noticeable benefit to taking anti-e in such a case?

I’m interested in this too. One thing to consider is that some of the anti-e’s are liver toxic and some have even worse side effects. You would have to use a low dose for sure, or it would kill your sex drive as well as deplete your bones of calcium.
search and read E-man vs. T-man by Cy Willson should help. I would research what your thinking of heavily though the drugs there sides and E in general it isnt the devil and is needed
