(hmm, I missed logging a few workouts. I spent a couple of weeks continuing whatever program I was doing, then I did a couple weeks of a singles program. I’m going to try to settle down and do one program for a few months. It’s basically BBB, but I’m working heavy presses and chin ups on the upper body days. We’ll see how it goes.)
