Answers to These Genetic Problems!

Hey guys,

I am online right now, trying to figure out some of these questions. They are due tommorrow morning for my genetics class. I’m taking the lab, so I don’t have a genetics book…

What is the zona trophectoderm in mice?

What percentage of all somatic cells in C. elegans comprise the nervous system?

Do the intestine and gonad of C. elegans run parallel?

What percentage of food we eat is derived from plants?

How do researchers introduce exogenous DNA into Arabidopsis?

A plate completely covered with bacteria is called a what?

The HIV Tat protein functions as what?

What does the R gene do, in regards to phage lambda?

What is the simplest way to visualize yeast?

Why study yeast?

Name and describe three kinds of chromosome breakage.

what are three sources of chromosomal anomalies?

Most chromosome errors are caused by deletions and what?

Name 4 chromosomal anomalies.

I’d greatly appreciate any help. I can’t seem to get a direct answer to some of these questions.

No problem, neither do I.

The zona between the zona duophectoderm and the zona quattroaudipower.

All of them. They’re incredibly jumpy.

Only during anal penetration.

All of it. Cows eat plants and we eat cows. Ergo, cows are only a highly concentrated form of grass.

Very carefully.

Chinese take-out.

Tit seekers.

Lets it speak like a pirate.

Imagine Rainjack’s undies.

Easily available in college dorms.

A crack, a split and a tear.

Texas water, Ontario women and Headhunter’s parents.

Lack of sleep.

Without seeing them it’s not easy, but here goes: Cindy, Candy, Bubbles and Daphnee.

You’re welcome.

Why don’t you go to the library or borrow a book and do your own homework. I don’t mind helping people once in a while, but I really hope nobody comes on here and hands you all the answers.

Where do you go to school? Does your professor approve of this?

You are a prime example of one of the many problems with todays universities.

You don’t need a book for these. Your book is probably online - buy access to it. Or go to the library.
