BTW he’s still a minor, doesn’t that mean his identity cannot be revealed publicly? In cases like this in Europe, it gets media coverage but the accused identity is protected for obvious reasons if he is a minor. The allegations may be untrue, but most importantly of all, to protect the victims identity. Doesn’t this happen in the USA or is there exceptions? Not saying its necessarily bad that we know his identity but in certain cases the families of the girls he raped might want their identities protected.
