I mean, are we really going to pretend that women don’t hit their men at all as if they can get away with it? They can. Unless a man shows true physical injury, most of society makes light of spousal abuse directed at men.

If you are getting a divorce you split the scene, you do not stay in the same house. Again not attacking the guy, was not my intention. Nobody man or woman deserves to be mutilated and tortured for a divorce or break in a relationship.

Its true. My aunt was/is physically abusive to her ex husband (while they were together) and her current husband. She turned it around on them when the cops got involved and ended up with a restraining order against the first one for her abusing him. How does that happen? Hahaha I love my aunt but she’s crazy lol.

I was on a jury for a domestic violence case two years ago and I will say that the way the jurors leaned was actually divided opposite of what you guys would expect.
The two jury members pushing for the harsher (felony) convinctions were both men. The two jury members pushing for the lesser (misdemeanor) convictions were both women.
