Another HCG Post, but Have to Take It

Low estrogen destroys your libido, that’s why.

Clomid doesn’t lower estrogen. Not an aromatase inhibitor. It merely blocks estrogens effects on various tissues/sites responsive to the hormone. Binds to ER selectively, blocking the action of estrogen via competitive inhibition.

Zuclomiphene (isomer) is actually inherently estrogenic whereas enclomiphene is not

Clomid blocks estrogen from the brain hence the low to non-existent libido, your brain needs estrogen for libido.

Ok and I already have libido issues so I do not want to do that at all. What about enclomiphine? Is it supposed to have the same side effects? I’m also considering trying hmg in conjunction with my t instead of hcg that causes me problems. Doesn’t that help in the same way?

Because it does, with some people. It may seem like many because when one does not get an expected response to something they are usually more vocal. Some, however, report the opposite.

Just like everything else, everything, there are individual differences. I have never used Clomid, so I have no n=1 personal anecdotal experience. Of those I personally know who have, some loved it, some hated it. I understand it is frustrating when trying to decide what to do.

Good luck with whatever route you take.

Thank you so much for all your input. I’m really hoping I can get hmg and replace hcg with that and have no side effects. I can do it in the short term atleast as I know it’s a lot more expensive

I would give enclomiphene a trial, but you need a doctor prescription and it needs to be compounded by a pharmacy.
As far as I know, the only pharma grade enclomiphene is the one compounded by Tailor Made.
But they had trouble recently because they got raided by the FBI.

Hmm that sounds sketchy…might have to spend the bucks temporarily for hmg
