The hcg makes me feel miserable for some reason… I guess I could try clomid. I’m also considering just the test since we are going to be able to freeze another sample tomorrow so I’ll have three usable samples for pregnancy

Why not add fsh instead of HCG? That way you avoid the feel bad side effects and it helps more for fertility than HCG.

High pull. The fertility clinic said I should not be on trt at all. Ofcourse I have not been the one with the problem my wife has. Ofcourse now that dynamic is changing with my numbers dropping
How much is fsh? What keeps it from the issues hcg can cause? So it has zero side effects and still keeps body functioning? Does it effect hormone levels such as e2 or test? How expensive is expensive?
Depends on dose but something like $100-150 a week if insurance doesn’t cover it at all
I’m on my phone so I can’t type everything but basically HCG stimulates testosterone production (which is where the e2 comes from as well). Increased t in the testicles then stimulates Sertoli cells which then produce sperm.
FSH skips all that and directly stimulates Sertoli cells and thus sperm production
Do you have to take it weekly or can you say take it a couple times a month to stimulate production?
I would discuss this with them. However, you’re probably spending a lot of money, might as well look into FSH.

You are correct I am spending a lot of money. It’s worth looking into for sure. Especially if it’s less side effects with same results
It should be better results, not the same results.
Usually dosed 2-3x a week as far as I know.

So finally found a local fertility clinic that had openings to freeze a sample so that I can continue on trt as the hcg once again caused me to have issues this past week and it’s apparently not fully helping at my dose anyways. My count this time was down to 16 million. My wife told me I either have to get off everything or find something that will not hurt fertility. I know fsh was mentioned although I can’t find a lot online about it. Do I have any other options?

I’ve heard clomid is horrible with estrogen increases and my conversion to estrogen is already really high. If I have to give that one a shot I will. I was hoping that something like hmg with my T would work and not cause the same hcg side effects and help with fertility or someone suggested euclomephine?
And my libido is already struggling, I’ve read a lot on clomid being negative on libido as well
Of course, but it obviously works in many, maybe most, cases. I know some who used Clomid successfully for both fertility and increasing testosterone while alleviating their symptoms from low testosterone.
