She will call and they will email a 10 page packet of questions.
She will need a current basic medical from her PCP if no PCP grocery stores have clinics a checkup runs ~75bucks
Then the big blood test ~220

T cream 90, E/P creams 90 these last about 3 months
Depending on the bloods and consult they might want a 3 month mini bloods or if her treatment is pretty standard they will go 6 months.

On a note about female HRT my ex/current fwb situation lol had a hysterectomy, low hematocrit (anemia) and low T count by her doctor, when she meet me she was trying to loose weight as one goal. I had some left over LGD4033 in an ethanol/PEG suspension (dosed at 10mg/ml) I added in some Anavar raw I had to 10mg/ml. It was a suspension, had to shake it and it tasted nasty Iām sure but it sure improved the situation for her. She did get lab work redone, Iāll have to ask her about it but basically test was no longer low and free test was in range (Iām assuming she didnt have SHGB checked, which would have lowered Iām guessing do to the Anavar) and hematocrit was also back into range.
