I made one from a youtube video. I am gonna explain to you how I did.
First of all you need to download the video. Go to force-download.com Download.
Then go in windows movie maker and cut the video in the desired lenght (few seconds)
then find an application that makes a gif with it. Convert it to desired type if needed with a video converting program
I did like that but my avatar is fucked up. Only run on time and too slow

thanks, that did the trick, I used gifninja.com to convert the windows movie maker file to gif.
See if you can find one with Snow White and the dwarfs. Disturbing yet potentially oddly arousing.
