Last week was very busy for me, lots of 12-14 hour days doing landscaping and mowing so I was plenty active but didn’t have the time/energy for training. I did do a few sets of goblet squats/pushups/pull-ups last week that I didn’t bother logging.
Unfortunately both my knees, both wrists and my right elbow/shoulder blew up on me last week, so I moved away from the barbell work that I was supposed to do this week, because the bodyweight stuff just feel a little better on the joints.
A. Goblet squat 3x10 50lbs
B1. Ring row 3x10
B2. Push-up 3x10
C1. Hip thrust 3x10 50lbs
C2. Abs movement 3x10
D. Bunch of foam rolling, stretching and other mobility stuff. Feeling a lot better now that I’ve gotten some blood pumping around where it’s needed.
