If the implant is done under the muscle through the arm pit, assuming size isn’t insane, you would probably never even know based on feel. Obviously, gravity will be the determining factor.
(I used to work for a cosmetic surgeon and would see before/during/after surgeries. Doc could take an A to a D in less than 30 min from cut to last stitch)
