Yeah, i use straps with my shrugs. Forearms are worn the hell out even at 225 because of the failure sets leading up to them.
Grip strength would absolutely be my failure point without them.

I had a friend mention popping dbol to immediately increase estrogen. Not sure how effective. I accidentally took too much ai once and that was his recommendation.
Not a bad choice honestly. I dont have dbol available but i ran a few hundred mg prop for a few days and it helped. So waiting for eq to run its course

Weights up pls,I wish to compare. My inferior looking body but natty status to more your aesthetic but drugged to the eyeballs. I do some of those exercises. I cable curled 165 pounds for 8 recently with 16 inch arms. Come at me bro
I just do whatever the muscle feels is best when it comes to biceps, and whatever my elbows will tolerate for triceps.
I dont train for strength or really care about anyone else’s numbers. I train to look good naked, and I do.

Cable Curl maxes out at 85lbs, i was at 72.5lbs for high teens to low twenties.
Smith CGBP was 225 for sets in the high-teens to low-twenties.
Reverse Grip Preachers were 85 for mid-teens.
Overhead Cable Ext was i think 85lbs (max stack) for low twenties down to high teens.
Wrist curls were 95lbs, don’t recall the reps - I just did a lot of them.
Sandbag didn’t have a weight on it. I assume 50-60lbs and i carried it on one shoulder for half the distance, then switched sides.
