Anavar Results

It is vital to use creatine while on anavar because oxandrolone increases creatine synthesis dramatically, I think Nolvadex is better for PCT, a 40/40/20/20 PCT of nolva should suffice, any vet wanna chime in as to PCT?[/quote]

Proof?

Got a link to a study for that? Curious

Couple days into week 3 and noticing a few changes to report. Bench was 225 for 2-3 reps, yesterday 8 reps. Dumbell curls with 35’s, now 45’s. Pull ups was 8, now 12. Seeing veins I never knew I had… And overall much harder. I’m not using creatine but bought some yesterday, ethl ester, as kaymilk said it would be great. Will report again soon and post before and afters upon completion.

I have read on many sites and talked to many vets about 25mg var ed cycle and most said waste of time and money. All I can say to that is check out my before and after pics and reconsider this opinion. Not saying you will see them and say, this guy got huge, but I promise you will see where I’m coming from… Thanks for the support guys, I love that this site has cool people unlike many others…

No sorry, I forgot where it was that I read it but I think it was an article on EF when I was first researching about Anavar. I have read it in a couple of sites though, I’ll try to find a link, will report back then.

On a side note, I have lost much of my “vascularity” because the last 10 days I have been eating an excess surplus of Carbs and also derailed from my strict diet (business trip) =(]. However, yesterday I weighed in at 187 at an empty stomach. Dayumn  [I am still at a lower body fat than which I started at 16+ pounds]

So far my lifts have gone up like this-

leg press - Up 90 and an extra 8 reps to my previous PR

Squats- Up 50 for 8 extra reps from my previous PR

DB curls- started at maxing 12 reps (24) with 30’s [2 reps with 40], yesterday did 12 (24) with 40’s felt like I could do more though

Pull-ups- went from 8 to 15 (*note I am also heavier)

EZ Barbell Curls- Before I couldn’t do more than 2 reps with 90 pound BB, now I can do 15… Can’t try heavier weights because unfortunately thats as far as my gym goes.

Lifts have gone up in all other areas, these are just to name a few.

If anavar dramatically increases creatine synthesis, then less supplemental intake would be required, no?

Shouldn’t we take advantage of improved creatine synthesis? But also the point I was trying to make is that if someone isn’t taking creatine at all, it would be beneficial if taken while on anavar

So, I’m running on the tread mill today and after about 3 minutes my calfs feel like they are on fire!!! I heard of calf pumps and always thought the guys complaining were just babys and they should push through it. Well, there’s no push through it, it sucks and bad… Anyone else hear of calf pumps from Var?

Any updates ?
How’s it going so far ?

I started to run Anavar at 40mg ED along with Cyp 375mg a week and 2-3 IUs of Growth a day (5 on 2 off). Anyone have any experience with this stack? Anything I should watch out for?

Is Anavar associated with big strength gains, it was mentioned above a few times. I never thought of it as a strength gaining agent, more of a cutting and hardness agent. I will be very pleased if it increases strength too, but I don’t know how I will know if it is from that or the test.

Also curious to see befores and afters.

Got a few more weeks and will post before and afters. Kmilk should be close to finished…

Tbaggs22, lol you’re not alone! I was running in my college track and got insane calf pumps, literally my shins were exploding! I had to stop due to the immense pain I was on, and from that point on I did all my cardio on a elliptical.

Guy’s sorry I havn’t posted for a while. I finished my cycle about four days ago but unfortunately I went downhill with my diet for the last week and a half (business trip in germany). However, by looking at the pictures you can tell that I do look like I lost significant amount of body fat at an increased 14 pounds (weighed today).

[BTW, the downhill diet I am talking about is absolutely no fried food, maybe 2 or three ice creams, and high carb… Sorry, hotel food is just too flapping good LOL, however, I always kept my protein intake mega high.]

here are my pics

results-
*lower bodyfat than which I started at a whopping 15 pound increase
*Strength gains were amazing

thoughts-
*I will definately do another cycle of anavar in the near future, and I would encourage
anyone who is up to the task to go ahead. Many people said that anavar sucks and
that I wouldn’t experience little if any gains.

[BTW, I know I have a little gyno, I have always had since the age of 18, and yes this is my first time using any type of AAS]

another pic

Somehow I’m not surprised that you look exactly the same in both pics.

Not sure if pics are serious…hoping not.

Pics are serious, I am 15 pounds heavier with slightly less body fat than which I started… Pound increments don’t lie, neither do lifts…

I always weighed myself in the same scale.

I dont care what the numbers are. You look a little bigger in the before pictures. But maybe the pics are misleading somehow.

Wow, I actually though the were the same pic. Only the towel in the back ground convinces me they weren’t taken back to back. Seriously, you don’t look any different in those photos.

tomorrow I’ll finish my 2nd week on var at 30mg, down from 250lbs to 240(mixture of velocity diet and realgains real fat loss-rules), waist size decreased from 93 cm to 88cm, biceps staying the same size yet getting more cut up.

If var was a women I wouldn’t marry her but fuck her every day for a few weeks time, stop seeing her for at least as many weeks and then bang her again.

As for the picture, the lighting is different. Look at the \ / in his hips, they are waaay more noticable.
