Anavar first because the plan is to use the beginning of the cycle to increase cardio (adding two extra sessions of LISS) and slowly bump calories from deficit to maintenance. So I may not actually be doing a lot of building the first four weeks, which means using a bulking compound would be wasted. So I figured since I know how anavar treats me and I know it helped me stay leaner the last time I used it, I can add it at the beginning and not worry about leaving anything on the table while I figure out what my macros should be.
Dbol at the end because I always want to find a place for dbol. I figure that itāll give me that last push of strength and mood elevation as I get to the end of what should be a tough four months.

Whether oxandrolone (10-20mg) is harsher than having a beer EVERY DAY⦠it depends on the duration of use⦠itās not as say as people tend to say it is, but itās a far cry away from winny, anadrol, halo etc. 20mg daily is still enough to almost cut HDL is half, elevated LDL by 30-40%, within a trial in which healthy men were administered 20mg daily for 2 weeks, I recall a few subjects even on this dosage had AST/ALT elevated over 2x top of the ref range
Then again if youāre drinking daily (not sure about one beer, as I know one glass of red wine daily is rather well tolerated) youāll probably have some degree of transient elevation in LFTās⦠probably very insignificant given it fits under the guidelines of whatās acceptable as āsafe levels of ethanol consumptionā⦠that being said I firmly believe no amount is āhealthyā⦠literature has somewhat disproven the āone drink a day is healthyā myth, however itās the individauls choice to make⦠if ONE SINGULAR beer per day is what makes them happy⦠and it stays at that then ehhhh, could be doing worse⦠still thatās seven drinks per week⦠quite a lot of extra calories when thought of cumulatively

When I was a bit more tarded than current levels I took 50mg/day Winstrol for 6 weeks and drank 1-2 beers a day on it (also had just started 220mg TRT) . Got bloods done 2 months or so after and my hdl/ldl & ast/alt were within 1-2 points of previous blood test. Either it has little effect or two months was enough time to recoup. The winstrol made me feel like crap when on it though except when I walked into the gym doors and felt like superman.
