I’m going to finish off my current cycle on short acting products, test prop, and anavar. How should I split my anavar dosage per day, 2 or 3 times or more?
My plan is 2 doses @ 25mg /day (50mg total).
I will catch shit for this, but once. Blah, blah, blah I know.
There’s evidence for both once daily, and multiple doses. I’ve done both approaches, and haven’t seen a tangible difference (not with Anavar, but other orals. should be similar). I don’t think it’s particularly important. I only plan to do once-daily doses moving forward.
Half life is around 10 hours. Dosing twice a day would maintain levels in a steadier fashion.
