I believe that Proviron won’t lower SHBG, it will however bind to it, which then stops it binding to your Testosterone. I also believe it binds to estrogen to a small degree.

Not sure what dose I’m on to be honest. Prescription read ‘as directed!’

Unfortunately Proviron is no longer being produced, since mid August. Have had an email through from TRT doc.
Guess us high SHBG guys will need to look down other avenues.

Im in the UK. I believe that Bayer is the only company that manufactures Proviron.
Not sure what the next move is - i have a prescription that cant be fulfilled!

Thanks … The proviron I buy is from a Bayer facility in Brazil, packaged specifically for distribution in Thailand. It is difficult to imagine that worldwide manufacturing has stopped.

The only info I could find was that Proviron was manufactured IN the UK for UK sales.

Stupid question … Have you tried multiple (different brand) pharmacies?

I should have updated this months ago. Proviron was NOT available in Thailand after I wrote the original message. I had to switch to an Indian brand to make my last trials.

I’ve only tried a couple of different ones. I don’t see a lot of point starting - if it works and i cant get it, i’d be really pissed off!

I’ve just paid my monthly invoice with no mention of any problems with proviron. I will update if I hear anything as the pharmacy will be prepping my package now I expect

how are you doing on this protocol? why do you add in the Proviron?

Totally different protocol for quite a long time now mate. Tbh it was shit! The proviron didn’t really do much.
Now on 35mg eod and hcg. Shbg sits around 35 ish now

Rang him today and left voicemail. Want this shgb properly explained. It’s a flipping minefield as far as I can see and I’m medically trained!!
