Thank you for your input! Not sure tho why are you taking away from me that I’m natural because I didn’t say I never touched steroids but that I’m currently natural, or “off steroids” for 6 years. 
That’s not how it works. You can’t use steroids then claim natural. Wether it’s a month later or 10years later. Once you use aas your “natty” claim goes out the window.

Because off cycle and natural mean different things. Was just a side note.
Steroids have anabolic effects long after you stop using them. Research (more coming soon) shows that steroids increase Myonuclei numbers and density within muscle, effects that appear to last for years after steroid use stops. This directly impacts how quickly and to what magnitude you can build muscle. Basically muscle memory on steroids as a result of steroids.
I have a Quip and it sticks to the bathroom mirror. It’s the little things that please me.

I’m surprised nobody has chimed in but you have no business cycling anyway. I mean live and let live but dude… you don’t even look like you workout. Where did your legs go? Why screw with your body and make things worse. Just get tested and hop in TRT if in need.

Yes but don’t use that as an excuse. I knew that was coming. My training buddy is 57. He’s got a average genetics but puts the work and research in. He’s on TRT and needs it per the blood work we both reviewed.
If you’re using the 50+ excuse card then you should have the wisdom to go with it. He’s been given proper advice and ignoring it. so… I’m giving the reality check to mitigate harm. Harsh… maybe but needed. No test… check. Aromatizing compound… check. High body fat check… just bad.

I wasnt disagreeing. It was more along the lines, You cant teach an old dog new tricks. The op even said dont try and talk him out of it, cuz he’s going to do it anyways.
