Shower with her before hand, I never use a condom (with my fiance), I’ve found it useful to bend her over something, let her back up into you…a little at a time, stopping every time it gets really tight and sit there for a second/minute while the muscles relax, then have her start backing up again. Any kind of lube is fine (we usually use whatever lotion is around).

Even though your are both disease free you can still get an ifection due to bacteria so you should either use a condom or be sure she cleans out with a … I forgort what it was called but it’s what a girl that I’m seeing does. I’ll see if I can find out. Don’t use vaseline because it causes infections due to bacteria build up. Use KY liquid or some other water based lube.
Since this is your first time, I would go with one of the softer texture strap-on dildos. I would also get one of the smaller sizes. It won’t make any difference to your girlfriend since she is the one who will be wearing the dildo. Also, a lot of lube is definitely a must; KY or Astro Glide would work well. You also might want to buy a week’s worth of Depends diapers since you probably won’t be very anally retentive. Once you get used to this, you can have your girlfriend start wearing larger dildos.
