I’m just starting day 12 and I feel alot fuller and leaner already, with very little if any water retention. I’ll see if that changes over the next few days.
Diet is good. Please no recommendations on that. Not that it couldn’t be more “scientific”, but I find that I stick to it better the simpler it is…high protein, mod carb, mod fat, ~2400 Kcal.
Could/Should I use the morning protocol on my off weeks with 4 AD-EC or the anadrol/winstrol?
If you want a safe cycle, why are you using the arguably the most dangerous steroid there is (anadrol).
With the winstrol and anadrol, you have a large amount of 17-AAs and this cycle should probably be MAX 4 weeks long which is IMHO useless for a cutting cycle; how much fat can you lose in 4 weeks?
I wouldn’t use Anadrol for cutting per se, BUT if you are preparing for a show, Anadrol can be used very effectively.
Say…8 - 12 days out from your show drop one or two a-Bombs per day while staying strict on your diet and water protocols. Keep your anti-E’s high to reduce bloat. Cut your water for the show and use Lasix or Aldactone (sp?) in reasonable amounts. You’ll look like the Mass Monster you want to be when the lights hit you.
