I think even the best supplement can only do so much, no matter how ‘amazing’ they are. If you think about it, that’s why Christian and Tim have been trying to really put the HTH concepts at the forefront. If you’re training is optimal, and your diet and sleep patterns are optimal, then you will be able to obtain maximal results. If something is missing from the equation though, obviously you may not suddenly become hyooge overnight.
On the other hand though, think about who usually makes the best gains off of creatine,… people that don’t typically ingest a lot of red meat. So obviously if you’re missing something from your supplement protocol (or maybe don’t get enough sleep), you stand to make the most ‘magical’ gains if suddenly everything is put in its proper place. Add to that the best method to stimulate the higher threshold motor units during your session, plus (and I find myself explaining this a lot lately), if your hormone levels are maximized before a session that will stimulate growth, you stand to make even better gains (Hence Thibs writing about carbs BEFORE training).
So it’s not just Biotest’s new earth shattering supplement, it’s a combination of factors that will allow you to make the most of your time in (and out of) the gym. I really hope people are realistic about what they can accomplish even with Anaconda, and that we don’t get a bunch of angry teenagers complaining that they didn’t gain over 20 lbs of pure muscle -lol.
