tomorrow is my 22nd birthday. Gonna celebrate with chest/delts in the am, cardio, and then a good meal out with family

And maybe a lil tren suspension just to get a lil wild out here (Not srs but wish i was srs)

Meal 1 - 80g quick oats / 32g whey / 100g blueberries / 32g pb/ 230g egg whites

Post - 32g whey / 184g egg whties

Meal 2 - 8.2 oz chicken breast / 81g jasmine rice

Meal 3 - same as meal 2

Meal 4 - 226g 1% cottage cheese / 42g pb

cardio up to 35 mins a session.

Today’s training

A) Incline Bench (TNG) - 185x9 / 165x10 / 145x12 (+1 rep)

B) DB Incline - 75x10 / 70x10 / 60x12 (+1 rep)

C) HS Flat Press - 70ps x9 / 60ps x10 / 50ps x12 (Match) - thinking of switching these… just cant seem to get comfortable with the movement enough to really activate my chest.

D) DB Flyes - 40x11 / 35x12 / 30x12 / 25x12 (+1rep)

E) HS Military - 75ps x8 / 65ps x10 / 55ps x12 (+5lbs - 2rep)

F) DB Lat Raise - 30x15 / 25x15 / 20x20 (+3 rep)

G) FM Face pulls - 80x12 / 70x15 / 60x20 (+10lb - 3rep)

35 mins cardio later likely on treadmill walking at home

Meal 3 will be replaced with dinner out (likely chicken and veggies, and a piece of cake for birthday dinner)

Great Session. MMC and control felt great on everything. Cardio will be done later

Another great one in the books. Only complaint was the first exercise top set felt a little off to me, but MMC and everything felt great on everything from thereon out.

BW was at 200 flat this morning (been checking daily, but not posting. Keeping mental note of fluctuations). Starting a “physical” job today so my weight may take a hit even lower which may justify a cheat meal.

My take on cheat meals has evolved a lot from when i first started though. It’s not going to be a pig out, it’ll be replacing my Meal 4 with like 10oz of steak and 150g Jasmine Rice, not 400823823 donuts.

Will post if I do that though. Cardio will be done later after work
