The easiest banana ice cream ever! Chop up a bunch of bananas and freeze them. Let them sit out and soften up about 10 minutes before making the “ice cream”. Throw them in a food processor with a splash of almond or coconut milk and process until smooth. The cookies are Jen Comas Keck’s recipe
“From the Kitchen of Margaritaville Glendale, the El Diablo Burger is a 7 oz burger topped with Tabasco Fried Onions, roasted Poblano Peppers, Monterey Jack Cheese, Sambal Olek Chili Paste, and Chipotle Ketchup with shredded Lettuce on a toasted Bun. It’s sinfully delicious.”
We got the gluten-free bun option. We were very excited about this because for us a gluten free burger usually means a bunless burger.

damn bro your like a chef… You know the hardest part of the AD isnt the meals or the carb up days its really snacks on low carb days. It would be interesting to see what you do for snacks on low carb days since you are so creative with food.

Here is the cookie recipe. We used peanut butter instead of almond butter.

I don’t really do snacks. I either do several meals throughout the day like 2 meat meals, 2 egg meals, and 2 protein shake meals, or I do shakes all day and have a huge feast meal at night. I might start a thread for low carb days though!
Zucchini Pancakes. These aren’t that high carb but if you put enough maple syrup or honey on them they will be. These are from the Practical Paleo cookbook.
My wife made me this Nutty Bacon Bark last October for my birthday. You basically melt down good dark chocolate and sprinkle crispy bacon, sea salt, and chopped nuts on top. Let it cool and then break it apart.
