I have sustanon 250 and primo depot in the glass ampoules.
what is the preferred method of extraction??
the deca has the enterable top but, there is no indication of a needle entry point on the ampoules.

People will tell you to “score” the top of the ampule with some sort of knife but with ampules I would just hold the bottom with one hand and do a quick snapping motion with the other to get it open. Extract with a syringe and your set!
Get an amp opener if you value your fingers. Otherwise, score the narrow part of the neck and then break it off while putting a pen cap over the top.
