Hey bros, I didn’t know if I should post this in here or training and nutrition, so if its in the wrong place I apologize.
I am having trouble deciding what to take on my 1-AD,4-AD cycle.
I am stuck between using 300mg 1-AD and 500mg 4-AD for 3 weeks or should I use 200mg 1-AD and 400mg 4AD for 4 weeks?
Which way should I go?
