I think I understand what Branched Chain, Free Form and Peptid Bond Amino Acids are. But I don’t have a clue as to what the advantages/disadvantages of each are. Could someone explain this to me. Do I need to even worry about supplementing my diet with these.
Hmmm? I guess I should have used the word “curious” instead of “worry”… And that is exactly why I asked the question. I am trying to learn what these are for and why I may want to use them.
