Took the day off of lifting and probably will tomorrow as well, just to recover a bit.

Jogged outside for the first time since early fall. It started fucking snowing halfway through my run and snowed hard, I could barely see by the end of it. Screw you Sweden, its the 7th of April.

Anyway ran 2.28 km in 14:00 according to my phone, pretty easy. Going to try and do a half marathon at the end of the summer/early fall.

It actually snowed here in western Norway too today. I am so ready for summer now haha.

Yea, it has been a shit winter. I think spring is finally here though, its a balmy 5 degrees right now.

Anyway, I took a few days off the gym, probably too many. I went and ran 3.33 km yesterday though, trying to slim down. It was extremely slow, probably because I am in terrible shape, there was still snow and ice on the trails and there were a few huge hills. Will come with time. Weighed in at 112.1 this morning down from 115.8 the 18th of Feburary. So things are good on that front.

Deadlifts later today. Been trying to slowly lean down since feb 18, so two months today. Gone from 115.8 to 111.1. Hopefully ending around 105.

Sexyxe’s red hot tip… I’ve stopped eating grains and I’ve lost nearly 4kg (not really by choice) in a fortnight. I’ve subbed the lost calories for other foods too. So overall intake is the same. Plus, I’m probably a bit leaner, which can’t hurt.

I have started limiting them significantly and am dropping weight pretty quick too.

Down to 109.5, so 6.3 kgs in 2 months and a week.

Worked out for the first time in about a week, been working a lot and studying quite a bit as well.

SLDL, shrugs, lower back, calves, pull ups, tiny amount of abs. Felt pretty damn shitty so I just left after this. Should hit the gym again tomorrow.
