Not so much that it’s wrong, it’s just not the way the real world works. Sometimes diplomacy fails. Sometimes a guy like Saddam or Idi Amin gets to be in charge and killing them and their support network is the best option to prevent them from causing any more harm. I don’t thrill at the thought of killing but I guess I just accept that sometimes it needs to be done. Killing of that sort just doesn’t fit under “senseless” to me.

How many of you have served in the Military of any country? How many have been in combat? How many have been shot at? For those who answer no to all of the above, they don’t say “war is hell” for nothing. I would prefer to show compassion to my fellow man regardless of what country he is from, but the world is not like that. I find it odd that when other countries get in trouble they call on the US and if the US does nothing then they question our actions. I would love to be a hippy and drink soy milk (not really), dance and sing the old “I’d like to buy the world a coke” and live in peace and harmony and not have to kill anyone before breakfast, lunch or dinner or hear about pain and sorrow and children starving and dieing and learning how to hate and…and…and…
Where was I… Oh and I think most people would rather make love and not war. Unfortunatly there will always be jelousy, anger, hate and violence. If you have the answer, then get the world to listen, because if I never have to kill someone again it will be too soon. I get mad when you start spouting nonsense under your alias because you’re afraid of people associating you with those opinons. Seems like an un-Testosterone thing to do, but then again, most Quebecois have little to no T to begin with.
