Am I Experiencing Gear Flu?

Hi thanks in advance for the input. Im just trying to get an idea of my situation.

Some background…
2 years on TRT, I keep my level test level around 900-1000
Have used adex for a short period, but estrogen levels have been okay without it so i haven’t used it in over a year.

Last lab work was in March and everything looked good, HDL was on the lower end and LDL was on the upper.

I have no prior use with AAS other than test cyp TRT…
I have tried to “blast” a few times on trt at 300mgs per week, and always experience increased anxiety to the point where its not worth it to me and I just take 1cc every 5 days now…

Currently I was going to enter a novice BB show in August so I planned what seemed to be a mild cycle…

The plan was to continue test cyp 100mg every 4or5 days and 3cc of Primobolan Depot split M/W/F… (also take D3, C , zinc, Magnesium, and fish oil daily)

I was pretty confident that my primo was real, It could have been fake I suppose but anything is possible.

I took the first primo shot last Friday night and thats where the problems started… By Sunday I felt terrible and it has lasted all the way up till now( Thursday) also noticed some mood changes earlier in the week.

I feel tired, lethargic, (like if you had the flu and laid around on the couch then pop up all of the sudden for a drink or restroom) Just that kind of out of it feeling…

I have no fever, no pain at injection site, no redness, no swelling, just a persistent ass feeling of being ill all day long.

I have tried eating carbs with every meal to rule out blood sugar problems.( no improvement) Staying hydrated doesn’t seem to help either.

The only insurance I have is through VA care so I was trying to avoid disclosing my use of a non script drug. Today I stopped by the Blood bank place, ( I did not intend to give blood) I got my hemoglobin and BP checked.
Hemoglobin was 18.2 and BP was 145/82 (i am sure this was elevated some due to stress)

I figured at least I could get a free check to see if my blood was too thick or BP was too high.

I do not plan to pin anymore primo if it is going to make me feel that way, I just took the one shot and haven’t pinned another because of my symptoms and me getting worried about it all. I have considered an ER visit to put my mind at ease but keep holding back due to the amount it would cost me… By all means I will go if it is necessary.

Can anyone relate or possibly tell me what I am looking at here?

Thank you in advance for sharing your thoughts…

Hemoglobin of 18.2 is borderline, I would donate blood and see how you feel, could also be the gear since that’s when the problems started

I was afraid to donate blood while already feeling lightheaded and weak.

Im sure it is related to the gear, I am now wondering by what means exactly…

side effect of the primo?
Bad/fake primo?
just normal gear flu?
or maybe some adverse reaction that needs attention.

It is saturday now and I still have the lightheaded feeling.
