Am I Doing Too Many Sets?

I love that one. 10x3 is now my favourite rep/set scheme.

I did conditioning 3 times a week. Love st about 4 inches off the waist in 3 months and never felt drained.

Yeah def one of the top things Ive picked up from this site over the years. Crazy to think about it actually -can get fatloss , strength and improved work capacity all at the same time

good to know JFG, i def need the waist to shrink dramatically… otherwise my strength is coming along in other areas… just hesitant to start something new as i am still increasing strength in current program
