G’day - my nutrionist recommnded i get a fat burner, which ill use Mon-Fri can i use Caffeine Free Spike on the weekends & not build a tolerance to the fat burner? I work 2 jobs, 60hr weeks (inc. 2 nightshifts bouncing) & train MMA bout 15hrs p/wk…
You can use HRX and Caffeine Free Spike together, if you want. And I’m pretty sure you wont get a tolerance to HRX even if you take it everyday.

Exactly Cy Willson recommends a break for it or any supp every 8-12 weeks but other than that your good to roll.

You do get a tolerance for it. This is well documented in various HRX threads.
I take the four pills in one go and already have a tolerance for it after 4 days on that protocol.
If you cycle it or save it for high carb days as recommended by Chad Waterburry to avoid the tolerance issue, it remains very effective.
Interesting. Im on another brand while waiting for my Biotest cargo to arrive, im supposed to take it 25days straight. im onto my 3rd week & its definitely not the kick in the arse it was when i first used it.

EXACTLY you may not FEEL it after an initial bit but that doesnt mean its not working look at the results not the FEEL. Ya wanna feel something take a Spike shooter LOL
