I’m 33 years old and I’ve noticed the signs of decreased test that comes with age. I’m a VERY skeptical person when it comes to supplements. In my experience very few supplements are really worth the money and few work as advertised. But Alpha Male is definitely one that is worth every penny.
It took me a while to get the dosage and timing right for me. I’m cycling 5 days on 2 off as recommended and I only have an empty stomach in the morning and right before my pre-workout cocktail/shake.
I’ve experimented with several dosages and timings but the best results so far have been taking 2 in the morning immediately after waking up at 8:00 am. I then spend 20 minutes with the normal routine of shower, shave etc before I eat anything. That seems to give Alpha Male time to absorb/digest. If I try to mix food or other supplements with it the potency seems to be reduced.
I take another pill about an hour before I go to the gym at 6:30 pm. I give it 30 minutes before I slam my pre-workout cocktail and I’m on my way.
I workout Mon/Wed/Fri and on Tue/Thur I take 1 in the morning and 1 around 6:30 pm. And I don’t take any Alpha Male on Saturday or Sunday
I don’t know if this supplement will do anything for most guys in their teens and twenties but if you’re rolling over to your thirties and beyond I’d definitely recommend giving this one a try unless you’re going all the way with HRT
One more thing – maybe they should change the name to Acne Male. I can’t believe I have acne again but my libido is back and I’m feeling good overall. Maybe I’m hitting puberty (again?). Small price to pay as far as I’m concerned…
The first time I used it was the nano gel formula. I used two in the morning and two eight hours later Monday through Friday. On Saturday and Sunday I took three M in the morning. Once I finished the Alpha Male I took three M every morning until I finished that bottle. I did not experience any acne but I did experience a substantial increase in libido. I also noticed increase performance in the gym. I really liked M and wish they still offered it.
I continue to take it for enhancing training performance. I don’t take it for any other reasons. I’ve been keeping a pretty detailed log of my training over the last 12 months. I try different supplements, make minor tweaks to my diet etc to see what seems to affect my training performance. Alpha Male and 11-T seem to be the two best supplements I’ve tried so far.
I bought two bottles and I didn’t notice anything with the first bottle. Then I realized I wasn’t taking it on an empty stomach. It turns out the directions on the bottle aren’t just suggestions.
