I read the label and understood the weekly cycling. 5 on 2 off. How long can I take Alpha Male in general? 2 months on, 1 off? 1 on, 1 off? Thanks for any input.
I usually do two or three months on, and a few weeks off. However, I’ve read that as long as you cycle it properly throughout the week (5 on/2 off or 4 on/1 off/3 on/1 off), you can stay on much longer.
I’ve been doing the 5 days on 2 off (weekends off) for months now. I’ll probably take a break just to be certain I’m not getting used to it, but I’m sure if you follow either of the label suggested protocols you’ll be fine.
