if my hcg come in time should I do the 10 day blast ? my last pin is the February 25th

Real food > whey protein. You should supplement your diet with protein shakes and not substitute a protein shake for a real meal. For example, if you are short a couple dozen grams of protein then have a shake. Or have a shake post workout but dont skip “breakfast” and have a shake. Most whey protein powder is absorbed quickly and you’ll be hungry a lot sooner than if you had eaten a real meal.

Simulated is the wrong word, So I apologize for that. However most of us know there are 7 different types of protien, or sources of protien. All bearing stronger/ weaker effects and being absorbed quicker/slower. Eating real foods also bears thermic affects on the body helping burn fats and process foods.

today I will start my 500 iu of hcg a day because my last pin will be the 25th. then il wait 2 weeks and do pct for 3 weeks

  1. nolva 2 tabs daily ,clomid 3 daily
  2. nolva 2 tags daily, clomid 2 tabs daily
    3)nolva 1 tab daily, clomid 1 tab daily

this look ok

What mg are the tabs?

i love when people write " tabs" as if we are supposed to magically know the dosage and then ask if that looks good, seriously?

nolvas are 10 mg and clomids 50 mg

I think 150mg of clomid might be a little excessive…especially if you are running it with nolva…More isnt always better.

Fuck clomid I have never wanted to kill my self (literally) in my life except whenI was on that shit and it was because of that hormonal bull shit. I wouldn’t give that shit to any one I seriously refuse to even talk about it with new guys. At 150mg I dont know what your thinking but have fun with that.

I dunno bro. I’m not too sure why everyone runs Clomid with Nolva.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but, aren’t they both SERMs? I would think they would be competing with each other for receptors?

From my limited knowledge - Nolva does the same thing as Clomid, Except at way lower doses. Lower doses - lower sides. Sides which Clomid is known for. Clomid seems to be a little more effective on the HPTA.

What are you talking about? Whey is the best protein out there, if you cant grow on whey and enough calories and micronutrients you cant grow period.

If the OP didnt know wht his bf% was when he started and finished the cycle you cannot correctly gauge the effectiveness of the gear and 40 lbs gain in the bench is huge IMO.

So what are some opinions on pct? I have nolva and clomid.

Personally I have used nolva only PCT with good results, 60 mgs for 2 weeks, 40 mgs for 4 weeks and 20 mgs for another 2 weeks and it worked just fine.

Holy hell what cycle were you on? 8 weeks total for pct? Protocol is usually 4 weeks, sometimes 6 weeks if it’s a long cycle.

I also want to start taking my clen to cut up a little. Should I wait until im done pct? I’m pretty sure clen wouldn’t effect pct though, but doesnt hurt to ask

I’ve read a couple places where people say you can take anavar when your Cycled off and you can use it to bridge to when you do start another cycle. Opinions?
